Transcript Requests and Education Verification

for St. Vincent’s Hospital School of Nursing, Manhattan, New York

 

 

Requests for transcripts and education verification must be submitted in writing and require a $25 processing fee made payable to:           Sisters of Charity of New York

 

 

For Transcripts from graduation years

1966 through 1999         Donation: $25

Please allow two-four weeks for receipt and return of information.

           

 

For Transcripts from graduation years

PRIOR TO 1966               

Transcripts prior to 1966 are on microfiche cards and require travel to an off-site location to print the card information. 

 

Please allow up to SIX MONTHS       Donation: $50

Requests will be fulfilled in March and October

           OR

Please allow up to ONE MONTH    Donation: $100  Request will be fulfilled within

one month of receipt

 

Please mail requests in writing with check to:

            Bronx, New York 10471-1093

 

Include the following information:

• First and Last Name at the time of graduation

• Year of Graduation

• Mailing address for transcript submittal
